DESCRIPTION: They have only 3 grams of hydrates per serving of 150 grams. Ideal to consume during any time of the year, for when you are on a diet of weight reduction or you simply want to eat something healthy, new and easy to prepare.It is an ideal dish for hot days.

MATERIAL REQUIRED (for 2 persons):

 

  • Zucchini 4 pieces

 

  • Pinions (200 g)

 

  • Garlic 1 tooth

 

  • Onion ¼ piece

 

  • Butter 1 tbsp

 

  • A teaspoon of olive oil

 

  • Olives

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Step 1: Grate the zucchini on a cheese grater so they are like spaghetti (The part of the seeds does not serve to make spaghetti: when cooked it becomes mushy, it melts and spoils the texture of the dish)

 

Step 2: In a pan put the olive oil, garlic and onion, chopped and beat until golden brown. Add the grated courgettes and cook them for 3 or 4 minutes.

 

Step 3: Add the pine nuts, olives and butter (or cheese spread) and go.
