How to make a vase coating

1. With a strong twine a tight turn around each sprig or, to give more stability and keep the pieces of the rustic coating together, you do a "over-under" weaving, with round-trip.

2. After spreading the coating on a plane, the layer of moss is laid out: its function, as well as aesthetics, is also to keep the earth of the vase fresh and humid.

3. The covering of moss and twigs should be wrapped around the vase placing it flush with the bottom edge and leaving it a little above the top edge. The work is carried out placing the pot on the surface and making it roll.

4. After having tied the ends of the string and fastened the covering firmly, cut off any tips of the branches that protrude from the lower edge of the vase with the scissors to be pruned.
