Spinach is a much more versatile food than is often believed. Both raw and cooked, they provide a lot of vitamins (especially A, B9 and K9) and nutrients, while having few fats and few carbohydrates.

You can eat both hot and cold, that will depend on your taste. For a cake to be healthy, you have to choose foods that provide vitamins, minerals, fiber, complex carbohydrates, high quality proteins and healthy fats and is not a preparation that apart from the proposed purpose of weight loss and, in addition, provide satiety.

To make cakes as healthy as possible, it would be interesting to make masses of homemade cakes with less fat aggregates, without additives and preservatives. Enrich them with seeds and also use whole grain flours.Choose fillings with vegetables that are cooked as little as possible (prefer steam cooking), so that the greatest amount of nutrients are preserved after cooking the dough.
